All 4 Bedrooms have an attached Bathroom with Western Toilet.

Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 4 burner gas stove, and a RO water purifier.
Dining table can seat 6 people.
Kitchen is fully functional and guests can access the kitchen.

Ice Box and Ice Bucket is available.
If meals are to be cooked at the property by guest or their cook, it's chargeable for - Gas Cylinder, Kitchen Utility & Cleaning : ₹.4,000/- per day upto 15 guests
If meals are brought from outside a cleaning charge is applied : ₹.1,000/- per day

Other Things To Note

For guests to have a comfortable stay we have an inverter as well as a generator backup at the property. In case of power failure we do use the inverter backup first and then switch to the generator if needed.
In an extremely rare situation due to a major power outrage by MSEB.
If the generator is required to be used for more than 3 hours, half of the diesel consumption charges are to be paid by the guest, the consumption of diesel is 5 liters an hour.
The farm is surrounded with nature, you might observe insects/flies in and around the property. In that case please feel free to inform the caretaker, he shall do the needful.
Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution for a hassle-free stay and be vigilant because of natural surroundings.
The pool has a depth of 4 ft - 4.5 ft. Guests are advised to be cautious, especially with children (the baby pool is 2 ft deep).
A refundable security deposit of Rs.5000/- will be collected at check-in. This amount is refundable at the time of check out against any damages.

Guest Interaction:

Although the host is not physically present at the property, they are always accessible via call or message to ensure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. Additionally, a trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to address any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 10 AM to 9 PM, and if guests require assistance after 9 PM, an additional charge will be levied. However, please note that the caretaker will not be available after 11 PM.

HOUSE RULES :

Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
The check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 am early check-in and late check-out can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 8000 per hour.
The staff will source the groceries every morning, before noon. Guests are requested to convey their requirements for the next day before 7 PM. Groceries will be charged as per actual.
Housekeeping will take place every day between 11 AM - 4 PM. Linens will be changed every 2 days.
Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa and in the balconies.
Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
Guests are requested to refrain from moving any furniture.
Kindly remove your footwear outside the villa to ensure cleanliness.
Children below the age of 12 are not allowed in the game zone as a precaution.
During festivities like Holi and Diwali, the use of colours and bursting of crackers is not permitted.
The trampoline is only accessible to children under the age of 15. Adult supervision is advised.
Please note that a DCRW and a refundable deposit of ₹5000 per room will be collected before check-in.

Farm Rules

Loud music/noise is prohibited outdoor after 10.00 PM; music can be played inside at considerable volume.
Drinking and eating inside the pool is strictly prohibited.
No littering at the property.
1 guest has to provide a photocopy of the photo ID (Aadhar Card) at the time of check-in, the rest guests have to fill in the details required in the form.

POLICIES :

The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
A DCRW and a refundable deposit of ₹10000 per room will be collected before check-in.
This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

No refund will be provided as your booking is confirmed.
In case of cancellation, the advance paid would be adjusted at a future date and applicable tariff for the said future dates.
No loud music to be played at late nights after 10.
Swimming costumes are a must, using pool in regular clothes is strictly prohibited.
